I have built up my career from audit assistant to the head of the consulting department in the Top-7 Ukrainian representative of international accounting and consulting network. I have performed a great number of engagements (by myself or as a manager of teams up to 10 members) for various clients in agriculture and agricultural trading, metallurgy, machinery, mining and minerals processing, transportation, IT, telecommunication, FMCG, real estate, solar energy, utilities, NGO, etc.In particular, my experience includes:• 60+ due diligence assignments (financial, tax, legal, technological) for M&A, business optimisation, corporate disputes, ‘comfort’ provision for the banks, etc.;• 40+ business-plans / investment projects for private investors and international banks;• 30+ fraud investigation engagements on request of management, shareholders and public institutions;• 20+ special-purpose audits and other assurance engagements (ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402);• 10+ customised annual reports comprising financial and non-financial information;• development and support of audit quality control system according to ISQC1, which adequacy was confirmed by several quality reviews by Audit Chamber of Ukraine and Kreston International;• several quality reviews of Kreston International representatives in Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan;• building up and managing a department up to 40 staff that worked on up to 10 simultaneous engagements.
