Experienced teacher with an effective and a fun approach. I use ideas from my past teachers mixed with my own to help keen students to reach their potential - with a pinch of humour. I teach students at all levels and I enjoy witnessing improvements, accomplishments, and success. I make unique lesson plans suited for each student closely examining their levels, skills, and their goals. I'm a firm believer of pacing and creating the fundamental base technically to avoid bad habits which can be often hard to fix. I like to emphasis on the importance of scales and studies each day prior to working on pieces of music so that every time a student plays the violin, they can use their technical strength ultimately to express musically. I always let the students use their creativity and imagination when playing any piece of music. My aim is to guide my students into confident musicians who are secure with their techniques to create stories and evoke emotions from their performances. I look forward to when my students have tackled all elements of physically playing the instruments so that we can discover creating different kind of sounds, ideas, and feelings.
