An experienced Project Manager and Insurance Associate with close on 2 decades experience in the insurance and construction industry cumulatively and experienced in various roles.I am good at initiating, planning, and executing projects to completion whilst keeping detailed and organised artifacts.My insurance background has allowed me to work with KPI's such as client satisfaction, lead to sales ratios, turn around time and cost variation to name a few.My experience within the insurance sector has been built over time with constant improvement to not only understand and meet KPI targets but define and self-manage multiple KPI's effectively.This coupled with my participation in various company committees has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of building a good business model and how to make decisions strategically in line with the company goals.My Project Management background is in construction within the residential and commercial sectors.The move to construction was in line with some of my personal and professional skills which relied on exceptional client service delivery as well as management of diverse teams and individuals.In this phase of my career I honed in on my management skills and ability to plan and organise effectively.I find that there is always something new to learn in each and every type of project and I enjoy the experience and growth that comes from being a Project Manager as it is knowledge that can be used in every type of industry and even in ones personal capacity.I believe strongly in teamwork, collaboration and the benefits it brings to the success of any business or project.In my working career I have found challenges and successes, I have made it to where I am with the assistance and support of great teams and managers to help through the challenges and to celebrate in the successes, I hope to have this for the rest of my career as it really is priceless.
