My role was to reorganize workflows and enhance the efficiency of a production studio specializing in music videos and commercial advertising. I analyzed the strengths of each team member and reassigned tasks to align with their passions while ensuring all production needs were met. I implemented the Cerebro project management and collaboration system, which significantly improved coordination and oversight.In addition to my management duties, I contributed as a 3D modeler, rigger, and VFX artist, directly engaging in the creative and technical aspects of projects. These efforts resulted in increased operational efficiency and elevated the quality of the final outputs.
