Main responsibilities:- IFRS Reports: monthly, quarterly, annual;- Plan vs Actual analysis on monthly base;- Monthly and ad hoc management reports and presentations;- Support of external audit and Turkcell Reporting;- Maintaining IFRS ledger in SAP;- Consolidation of group companies financial statements;- ScoreCard, WCM and Board presentations;- Controlling functions for revenue assurance unit regarding properly revenue recognition;- Permanent participation in budgeting processes (collaboration with Controlling unit)- Shift to new SAP reporting platform (SL module) starting from 2011;- Implementation of automated reporting and budget tool “Hyperion” (HFM).Results:- Annual IFRS report 2008 was restored and confirmed by Big4 audit;- Monthly closing process for the company (5-th working day deadline) were elaborated, implemented and successfully uses;- 2009, 2010, 2011 annual and Q1 2012 quarterly Big4 audits were passed;- IFRS ledger in SAP was implemented, new reporting platform (SL module) is started and utilizing;- Board presentations appreciated by top management.

Main responsibilities:- Work as start-up manager of accounting department, namely:development of bookkeeping documents flow, financial procedures and related instructions at the company;implementation of bookkeeping and reporting processes of the company in line with domestic and IFRS;setting of accounting and statistical corporate IT-systems for work in Ukraine (implementation system for calculation cost of goods sold etc.);participation in implementation SAP UA add-on for bookkeeping and tax accounting according to Ukrainian law and IFRS (HBII) in team-work with SAP specialists;staff recruitment, teaching and management of employees in accounting department (9 employee).- Monthly and quarterly closing according corporate standards.- Plan vs Actual analysis on monthly base.Results:- Document flow, financial procedures and instructions were developed and implemented;- Bookkeeping and finance accounting are organized up to the mark and work in 1C system;- System for calculation cost of goods sold was implemented;- Forms for monthly and quarterly internal reporting was developed and successfully use;- Professional accounting team was built and successfully works;- Participated in implementation of OBI systems including SAP UA add-on.
