Job Function: Key Responsibilities.• Managing projects on time, within budget, and in a professional manner, while continuously directing and coordinating teams of Engineers and Sub-Contractors on site. • Ensuring the implementation of procedures for executing work, providing timely instructions to staff, and consistently exercising best practices. • Continuously planning and scheduling human resource and equipment requirements for programmed jobs, guaranteeing completion within specified time frames and allocated budgets. • Ongoing conduct of safety and quality audits, monitoring Health & Safety compliance of allocated Engineers and Sub-Contractors to ensure safe working conditions and proper equipment usage in adherence to all legislation. • Ongoing monitoring and control of allocated budgets, while regularly preparing and presenting reports as required by the General Manager.Managed Projects:1- Habib Al Mulla and Partners Law firm:Key Achievements: Orchestrated the implementation of the core legal system, installed Hybrid infrastructure (MS 365 and Azure services), executed the IP telephony system implementation, and spearheaded the Access control system implementation.2- Shada Hotel – Dubai:Key Achievements: Oversaw the implementation of CCTV and access control systems, pioneered the Smart occupancy system implementation, led the SMA TV implementation, and directed the installation of passive and active networks for all systems.3- G+17 Commercial and residential tower – Business Bay- Dubai:Key Achievements: Guided the implementation of CCTV and access control systems, drove the Smart Occupancy system implementation, spearheaded the SMA TV installation, and coordinated the setup of passive and active networks for all systems.
