Briefly about the company: The company specializes in both mobile and web applications, ranging from small games to large SRM systems for dentists, arbitration, and business input.Responsibility: Allocation of new projects, design of new mobile projects, as well as ongoing work on the product (SRM system for arbitration). On the UX side: conducting interviews, creating user personas.

Outsourcing projects, primarily in the web format. Typically, these were projects for volunteer organizations, museums, and exhibitions (mostly German and Polish). We also developed a website for a school American football team where kids or adults could track when and where the games would take place.Leadership in Design Department: At Zapal Tech, I spearheaded the establishment of the design department, as the company was in its infancy. Initially, I handled several projects solo, gradually expanding the team as the workload increased. My responsibilities included drafting tests, conducting technical interviews, onboarding new employees, sprint planning, quality assurance checks, and occasionally drafting project specifications.

The company specialized in mobile applications, mainly for iOS. The first project was an NFT application, which included mini-games (such as coin flipper and NFT/coin casino), where users received NFTs. However, the project was not completed as the client stopped funding it due to development costs. In the last 3 months at the company, I took on the role of Lead, which involved managing the team, tracking project milestones, setting sprint deadlines, and reviewing test tasks.
