This led to the merger of YL Remote with Heya Worldwide.As the Country Head of South Africa and Managing Partner at Heya, I co-founded an innovative outsourcing company operating globally, with offices in Panama City, Panama, and South Africa. Heya specializes in providing high-quality outsourcing solutions that optimize talent management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency for our international clients.As Country Head for South Africa, I lead market expansion and operations, ensuring clients capitalize on the region's strategic advantages, including a skilled workforce and business-friendly environment.
