I work under the umbrella of the Laboratory playing a leadership role with a team of a programmer, analysts, a data scientist and a pharmacist. We develop new software and fine-tuned the architecture of existing software for the Northwell Health System in furthering patient care. I also collaborate with a dedicated Northwell team working on the different future care models. Value based contracts and Pay for Performance.

Analyze, architect and program many complex in-house systems. My responsibilities include interacting with third party vendors, analyzing complex issues, speaking with the faculty to understand the issues, designing, coding, validating and documenting scalable solutions. In addition I manage 12 of our own servers running windows server 2003 and 2008Analyst for soft LIS implementation: I played a vital role in our soft LIS implementation. I was the SME for instrument interfaces, I troubleshot interface issues and designed, coded and tested complex instrument rules in Data Innovations’ Instrument Manager. I also designed and built the specimen workflow for tracking and label logic
