Yehuda possess extensive experience in finance, accounting, business process improvement, information technology (IT) risk management and internal controls, and program management with Federal Government agencies. He directed audits and reviews of internal controls over financial reporting, operational controls and risk management, in compliance with OMB Circular A-123. He led assessments of security and privacy controls of Federal information systems in compliance with NIST Special publications (SP) 800-37, SP 800-53 and other standards and guidelines. He assisted agencies preparing for external audits and worked closely with agency management, external auditors, and the OIG, resulting in the agencies obtaining clean annual audit opinions, improving internal control effectiveness and reducing costs of compliance. Yehuda has extensive experience in client and business management, market and business development, leadership, and people development.He led clients’ corporate audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance functions and applied years of in-depth finance, accounting, business process improvement, Information Technology internal controls and governance, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and program management experience to create, enhance and sustain clients' overall governance and risk control programs.Yehuda is currently the membership Director of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management Association (AFERM). He is a past president of the Greater Washington DC Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is a past president of the Montgomery/PG Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). He holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) designations.
