Site Manager

• Planning and monitoring the site activations as per the schedule and resolving various site related issues by coordinating among the various sub-contractors and attending project and design meetings as required.• Supervising and monitoring the installation works on site and allocating the work to individuals.• Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.• Follow-up on discussions with town planning and municipality about the projects.• Co-ordinate with engineers.• Managing workers and providing materials with high quality and cheapest price.• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.• Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.• Coordinate daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of weekly and daily notification, and inspection sheets, • Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same• Attending site meetings, writing reports and giving presentation to manager and client.

• Choosing all relevant fabrics, furniture and colors.• Working together with the client on a daily basis.• Liaising with other professionals.• Supervising the work of other team members.• Addressing temporal; and budgetary concerns.• Assisting the property owner during the buying process(materials and decorative items).
