Senior Project Officer June 2018 - PresentSenior Field Officer Apr 2017 – June 2018• Conduct and support partners in data collection and analysis for the selection of CSOs and local authorities in BML and the South with ad-hoc support in the North in close coordination with project partners;• Participate in meetings and liaise with CSOs and local authorities on project activities; • Assist partners and local community in data collection and analysis; • Participate in the capacity building trainings with project partners; • Participate in the development of action plans with local authorities and CSO; including support in proposal writing for CSOs;• Organize logistics for forums and working groups, including liaising with participants, securing the venue, and ensuring refreshments are provided;• Conduct ToT for partner staff on trainings provided to CSOs and local authorities including data collection, monitoring and evaluation; • Support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation efforts during the trainings of CSOs and local authorities.
