A short but highly challenging project, with a small team consisting of 2 developers and a tech lead. Direct contact with the CEO was maintained throughout. Some of my responsibilities included:- Utilizing Scrum as the framework, adapting it to the project's requirements.- Developing and updating the roadmap.- Managing and participating in daily meetings with the team and CEO to prioritize tasks and make decisions.- Reviewing design and validating acceptance criteria for each user story.- Weekly reports to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's progress.- Daily review of team performance to ensure adherence to deadlines.- Early detection of risks to communicate with stakeholders and mitigate them.- Keep the team focused and committed to prevent deviations from the initial agreements and meet the deadline.

MVP service. A platform designed to assist clients in assessing risk and making high-quality, data-driven investment decisions. My role involved a brief engagement aimed at mitigating existing risks and issues, as well as identifying potential opportunities within the team and proposing workflow improvements. Some of my responsibilities included:- Conducting daily meetings with the team to understand their tasks and assist in prioritizing them.- Developing a roadmap to guide the team in achieving short-term objectives.- Maintaining close communication with the Product Owner to grasp product requirements and align the team accordingly.- Assisting in risk mitigation by timely communication with internal stakeholders to facilitate optimal decision-making.

Tech Consultancy and MVP services. Fluint is a platform that assists sales professionals in closing more deals by leveraging a recording solution to craft sales proposals using the language of potential buyers. The project underwent several phases of collaboration at NaNLabs, and I was involved in the consultancy phase and the development of 2 MVPs. I worked closely with the CEO and CTO to grasp the product's essence and technical requirements, overseeing a team of 3 developers and a UX/UI designer. Some of my responsibilities encompass:- Analysis of the platform and close collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Owner (CEO) of the project to create user stories.- Review of technical and usability aspects to ensure accurate description in each user story and validate acceptance criteria.- Facilitation of information transfer to the development team to commence work on the first MVP.- Organization of meetings to break down user stories and tasks encompassing the MVP.- Development of the roadmap.- Implementation of Scrum as a framework.- Organization of ceremonies and active participation to ensure project performance.- Identification and management of potential risks and issues within the project.- Keeping the team motivated and committed to meeting deadlines.- Regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed.- Active involvement in decision-making within the project.

Team Augmentation service. The project focused on a privacy engineering platform tailored for business-oriented privacy teams. Direct communication and collaboration with the CEO and Lead Architect to formulate work strategies. Management of a team of 3 developers to ensure compliance with the project roadmap and objectives. Some of my responsibilities included:- Utilizing Scrum as the framework.- Organizing ceremonies and regular meetings.- Checking tasks on the Jira board to ensure they had the necessary information for the team.- Reviewing the acceptance criteria for each task to ensure they were met.- Checking and maintaining the Jira board.- Recognition of risks, issues, and emerging opportunities within the project.- Enhancements made to the workflow ensure transparency at every stage of development.
