In 2024, I founded and launched my own live music venture called, Did You Hear. Think: intimate salon-style concerts in private homes, backyards and other unexpected locales with elevated bites and drinks, featuring bands and artists from a variety of backgrounds and genres both emerging and established. "Performances so intimate, the artists can hear the audience listening."• Curate and produce salon-style shows with up to 100 audience guests who are culturally curious, design-savvy, socially active and value unique experiences, featuring bands and artists from a variety of backgrounds and genres• Sponsorship engagement with local businesses, brands and influencers • Oversee a team including cinematographer, audio recording engineer and photographer throughout live capture and post-production• Did You Hear podcast to come!

• Produce musical guests and 8G House Band sit-ins (over 600 musical guests and over 100 8G House Band sit-ins throughout 11 seasons of the show)• Collaborate with senior producers to ensure that all performances are advanced and executed seamlessly and successfully in a fast paced daily broadcast production environment• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a vast network of artists, agents, managers, publicist, presenters and promoters• Lead the optimization of music production and operations' day-to-day functions• Own run of show details for talent guests and their teams leading up to, during, and post-production, handling all aspects of advancing, onboarding, contracts, scheduling, hospitality, security, and digital post-appearance• Research and write on-air intro and outro for musical guests and prep departments accordingly• Scout emerging and diverse talent by attending shows and pitching artists for bookings• Budget management for musical guests and the 8G House Band • Manage and mentor a team of seasonal Music Production Assistants and Interns• Oversee contracts and all other paperwork (SAG-AFTRA/AFM union contracts as well as VISA work permit approvals) for all on-camera performers• Manage Music Cues for all live and recorded music and work with NBC's licensing team to ensure clearance of all music• Review lyrics and content for compliance with network standards and communicate edits to talent's team• Own logistics for the 8G House Band and sit-in guests, including maintaining budgets and booking calendar

• Launched the first five seasons of this innovative classical ensemble dedicated to the highest standards of artistry, collaboration, and virtuosity. Inspired by the belief that access to musical excellence is an essential human right, NYCP presents all concerts free of charge.• Directed all aspects of communication, operations, logistics and production, including budgets, writing and distributing press releases, negotiating contracts for guest soloists, recruiting ensemble musicians, scouting concert venues and initiating residencies • Cultivated audience engagement and donor growth through post-concert talks, receptions and fundraising events • Executed first benefit concert complete with reception and silent auction

• Oversaw production of BAM Café Live music performances, including production advancement and stage crew supervision• Coordinated and executed in-house production needs while collaborating with General Management, Finance, Development, Marketing and Education departments• Assisted the Director of Production with artist technical riders, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and research• Managed the scheduling of BAM’s Opera House rehearsal spaces and acted as primary liaison between artists and companies utilizing the spaces• Processed all union stagehand and wardrobe payroll and managed financial transactions for the production department• Managed BAM's proprietary stagehand payroll software

• Helped oversee 200+ volunteers across the institution providing support in the Marketing, Development and Education Outreach departments• Liaised with backstage House Managers for tour coordination and with Finance & Ticketing for tour payment and contract procedures• Helped develop and launch Carnegie Hall’s official Facebook and Twitter platforms within the first ever Social Media Committee• Helped execute niche marketing event planning for concert promotion and student audience cultivation through Social Media and grassroots outreach efforts
