• Work collaboratively with employers in hiring needs and match the appropriate talents from the AEIP client pool to increase their hiring effectiveness.• Develop and maintain a professional network of national employers/organizations/regulatory bodies/educational institutes in support of job development activities.• Constantly follow up with employers/HRs for the job applications progress after job matching activities, coordinate job interviews whenever needed.• Coordinate and organize AEIP annual online job fair, invite exhibitors and participants, support exhibitors to complete the booth setup, activities during the event and the subsequent continuous recruitment afterward.• Explore appropriate guest speakers for webinars from different industries to introduce their successful career experience and employers' expectations for Canadian newcomers. • Compile and maintains current labour market information and related resources.• Maintain AEIP social media and produce employment-related posts to benefit readers.• Accurately identify client's employment needs, facilitate online employment counselling, assist clients in career decision-making and job matching in the Canadian labour market, and provide resume and cover letter editing services.

• Used formal and informal assessment practises such as motivational interviewing through a PSR approach to develop individual plans and identifying the clients employment interests.• Provides the support and information necessary to help clients build the self esteem, confidence and decision-making skills while attending an employment placement.• Assists clients to identify and gain access to community supports such as vocational, educational programs and employment opportunities.• Maintain accurate client records and compile statistical records to support program needs and inform ongoing program development and evaluation.• Performs administrative tasks as assigned.• Build and maintain relationships with various community networks including contractors, employers, and clients.• Network and market the program through on going community contacts and mental health service• Positively address all concerns, incidents or crisis, which affect program mandate.• Complete monthly metrics reports along with basic administrative and record keeping duties•Ensures the implementation of the program including individual vocational action plans and goal setting.•Supports individualized work readiness skills development through club volunteering that lead to employment.•Consults with clients, therapeutic supports to identify the needs and goals of the individual and support while in the program.•Identifying employment barriers and facilitate the placement of clients in a TEP.•Provides support for Supported Employment placements and employer contact.•Leads client skill development through hands on learning for individuals transiting into a TEP placement.•Supervise and maintain safety of the clients.
