• Constantly follow up with employers/HRs for the job applications progress after job matching activities, coordinate job interviews whenever needed.
• Coordinate and organize AEIP annual online job fair, invite exhibitors and participants, support exhibitors to complete the booth setup, activities during the event and the subsequent continuous recruitment afterward.
• Explore appropriate guest speakers for webinars from different industries to introduce their successful career experience and employers' expectations for Canadian newcomers.
• Compile and maintains current labour market information and related resources.
