I'm an Award Winner Project Management and Business Development Manager with 15 years of solid professional experience on management consultancy and European Union (EU) financed projects managed on Project Cycle Management Principles (PCM).Since 2011, I have been working in a prestigious and niche sector, managing diverse and large-budget projects, and providing development solutions through policies and practices that improve the lives of societies/people, with the objective of making a long-term impact in assisting countries in the period of change.The projects I am currently supervising as "Project Director" have a total portfolio value of close to EUR 40 Million. I shape business models/projects according to the needs of the current conditions by following global trends in my areas of expertise, providing cost optimization and competitive advantage.
