-Assist with recruitment of families.-Assist in scheduling health appointments.-Assist in completing health screenings within 45 days of enrollment.-Makes home visits to provide support services, as needed.-Keep all records current by entering data into Child Plus, and runs weekly and bi-weekly reports.-Follow up on health referrals to insure completion of services; make appointments for non-English speaking parents.-Attend parent meetings and parent activities.-Assist in planning and presenting educational programs for families.-Work cooperatively with Site Manager, Family and Community Coordinator and Specialist to insure coordinated delivery of services to children and families.-Works collaboratively with surrounding agencies and professionals to better serve our families.

-Planning, coordinating, and implementing health fairs and programs.-Reaching out to agencies/vendors for participation in AMEXCAN events.-Utilizing outreach methods to recruit new members, volunteers, and community partners.-Creating publicity materials for events, as well as outreach letters and invitations.-Facilitating subcommittee meetings and recording minutes.-Creating evaluation tools and interpreting evaluation results to the community
