Since founding YEMA, we’ve collaborated with leading fitness gurus and have we had successful pop-up shows at The Fit Expo in Anaheim, Chicago, LA, San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland.My Responsibilities:-- Perform rigorous analysis, focus on the competition and customer, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the key stakeholders across the business--Drive profitable growth and increase market share--Manage critical projects to advance brand priorities, growth, and long range planning--Connect broadly with leaders in the industry and bring together the best strategic thinking to drive brand forward--Manage teams including design and marketing--Establish and lead brand strategy as well as explore new business development to drive long-term, value-creating opportunities for YEMA--Provide leadership and support to cross-functional workstreams--Develop and drive YEMA brand including initiative identification, planning, and success--Lead design team and product development

My Responsibilities:--Prepare research plan and work closely with annual giving assistant director--Source donor databases and networks and annual giving campaigns to determine the best donor individuals and organizations fit for our campus--Provide analytical and well-documented reports on efforts, successes, and strategies to guide decision makers--Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to build recreational sports audience, events and online engagement--Manage social media accounts and engage in dialogue and answering questions where appropriate--Creation and curation of relevant content while tracking metrics and monitoring relevant conversations--Deign and oversee design (ie: Facebook photo cover, banner ads, Twitter profile, YouTube etc.)--Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy--Manage a calendar of planned and actual social media campaigns--Work with the Rec Sports Director to plan and provide suitable visual content and messaging; posting articles on social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube--Provide reporting on social media results and analyzes best practices for improving results

Our overriding objective is to provide basic services (clean water, sanitation and energy) and empowerment services (business skills training, microcredit, a wifi, health kiosk, and a green marketplace ) to slums around the world through the creation of replicable, self-sustaining Town Centers.My Responsibilities:--Content creator with experience in photography, video creation and crowdfunding campaigns--Generate creative and innovative content strategy for social media channels to increase followers and online community engagement--Lead the creation of high quality content that is clickable, shareable that promotes virality--Oversee the social content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and other emerging channels--Superb understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data and performance in to optimize content--Lead local talent acquisition and enhance community collaborations/partnerships between Kibera community and USA stakeholders
