Work with customer D&R engineer to finalize the product design in all phases, managing the open issues list and share with the customer at weekly base.• Create bills of materials (BOM) and release the product part number in IAC PLM system; create design verification plan & report (DVP&R) test plan and work with IAC validation engineer to finalize the PV test plan; Managing open issues list and other engineering related documents; Managing the engineering deliverables in IAC prolink system for the program milestone; write RFQs in PLM to have suppliers quote any releated changes, write ECNs and communicate with program related IAC plants regarding the upcoming engineering changes. Work with IAC program manager and IAC plant quality engineer to track suppliers PPAP packages.• Attend internal VAVE meeting, plant Kaizen event or attend customer TVM meeting, proposed and implementd cost-saving suggestions to reduce impact of customer givebacks.

Planning and TrackingLead and manage validation planning and test tracking across all assigned programs utilizing internal and external resources in a timely and cost effective manner. Hold regular testing status meetings as required by program activity level. 4. Cost Estimating and QuotingProvide validation testing cost estimates to support the pursuit of new IAC business awards, as well as cost estimates for testing on awarded programs. Provide regular feedback on changes to OEM test requirements, driving regular updates and additions to the Troy lab cost sheet.5. Process ImprovementAs part of the Validation Engineering team, improve the efficiency of current processes and disciplines by identifying opportunities to increase automation, and eliminate redundancies. Develop a standardized system for storing and sharing validation engineering information on active programs. Attend a Kaizen event at an IAC manufacturing plant.
