And with my years of experience in the Industry;I have the expertise to i. Support and drive the bid and tender process, ensuring they are properly administered ii. Compile, edit, and proofread technical and commercial proposals which contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner iii. Ensure that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all parts of company business iv. Review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document v. Determine the scope and timeline of new bids.vi. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid by liaising with relevant department to provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client's needs vii. Develop computer-based document store and reference materials viii. Review and improve other client materials and develop a consistent set of standards for other commercial functions to follow ix. Develop a set of standard templates for less complex bids x. Manage all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met
