After obtaining MBA in Marketing at the Obafemi Awolowo University, I started my career as a customer Relations consultant at MTN Nigeria, where I learnt the skills about effective communications and query resolutions. I also worked as a Risk Consultant at Mutual Benefit Assurance plc, an Insurance company, where I was also able to build a good human relationship skills with respect to risk management. I have been able to help my present company built a new branch with the least available resources, into a full capacity, with the wealth of the team spirit among the members of staffs, and our outstanding customer service which earned us customer loyalty.
