Trade Marketing Manager
Current- Strategize trade initiatives aligned with full-year cycle plan and company’s key metrics (volume/distribution/OP/A&P budget)
- Lead the end-to-end process of scheme proposal and execution, while also spearheading communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate performance of Trade Marketing programs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Conduct market visits, analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, ongoing promotions, and monitor stock levels across POS.
- Develop customer and shopper insights, and adeptly convert these insights into strategic business opportunities within specific customer segments, areas, or regions.
- Develop tailored trade plans for specific accounts or areas, strategically aligned with the overarching trade category plan to accomplish precise category and brand objectives.
