- Assist in preparing comprehensive project plans based on customer targets- Monitor and update the project schedule regularly, identify and escalate delays, non-compliance with the planned schedule, and provide solutions or corrective actions- Prepare regular project progress reports- Communicate and coordinate with internal project team members, including partner teams

- Build relationships with partners in fulfilling client documentation requests.- Checking, reviewing and making approval on field work documents (Photos and videos of material installation, SKOM, measurement and test results; concrete; verticality tower; pressure and tilt of sling tower; grounding; voltage and electric current of solar panels/PLN electricity; SCC; battery, etc.).- Update the Tower, Power, BTS and Transmission work document tracker database.- Upload field work documents to the client assessment system and store, sort and maintain field work documents to online storage.

- Collecting, sorting and storing material and shipping documents in the form of soft files and hard files- Coordinate delivery of materials with subcontractors- Documenting and labeling materials in the warehouse- Check and review the power installation documentation on the BTS- Upload shipping, material and power installation documents to the assessment management system application- Update material document tracker database, shipping and material installation
