I was responsible for all areas of IT Management in my scope of Duty. This task description includes analysis, software development, system and network support.I was also responsible for the analysis, documentation and improvement of all the processes of our holding company and more than 20 companies that have support functions within it. I have also pioneered projects and studies in the areas of establishing Process Performance Measurement and development systems necessary for these improvements to be continuous.

From 2011-2018 I worked as director of Information Systems at Karel. During this time we have carried out many successful projects. First of all, we have completely renewed the Network and system infrastructure of KAREL. All components to be used before starting projects (Cisco, VMWARE, VEEAM, HP, Microsoft, etc.)) we have met the relevant solution partner requirements and signed high level solution partnership agreements. Thus, we have obtained Solution Partner discounts of between 25% and 75% on the investments made.We realized a virtualization project in the entire infrastructure from end to end, reducing initial investment and operating costs.Then I managed a project that almost completely redesigned the Oracle EBS ERP system, which has been in use since 2002 but has never been updated, and made it work again in the latest version. This project was successfully completed in a short period of 2 years and the returns on the investments started to be observed both by decreasing operating expenses and by enabling new investments. The BI Decision Support Reporting System project, which is the second phase of the project, has been successfully completed and put into use.I managed the project of obtaining 27001 Information Security Management System certificate from the sine qua non of electronic and Military Production, and accordingly I managed the project of renewing and expanding the facility Security Certificate in R & D and production areas. In this way, KAREL has reached the position of being able to receive and realize more projects in military security systems.I managed the creation and operation of a Data Center for the products that KAREL launched as Bulut Santral. With this Cloud Data Center Power Plant product was released and became available. In this way, the transition from conventional power plant structures to virtual power plant structures, which have been planned for many years, was completed.

Between 2007-2011, I worked as Information Systems Director at Doğan Dağıtım, which operates under Doğan Yayın Holding.During this period, I took over the project management of the SAP ERP project, which was started before my administration but did not continue successfully, and successfully completed it with 6 months shorter than planned and approximately 500,000 euros less budget. The investment of EUR 2 million spent on this project was recovered by saving in less than 2 years due to the healthy operation of the project.I have also successfully implemented the project of designing, developing and operating the system, which plans the distribution to more than 300 dealers and more than 30,000 endpoints. This project has become one of the most successful database projects in Turkey due to the size of data reached and the number of connections received.

Between 1999-2001, I worked as Deputy General Manager, responsible for Sales and Marketing within TR.NET.Responsibilities of this title included setting monthly sales targets and planning campaigns, tracking sales targets given to personnel, developing new products, tracking tenders, monitoring service quality of existing customers, planning and monitoring advertising sales.

Immediately after graduating from university, I started working in the METU Computer Center as a network specialist. I gained a lot of experience with Cisco Networking Devices as well as a variety of network equipment. I worked in the establishment of the university's local area networks and Internet infrastructure and development projects.Two years later, I got promoted to manager of the department I work with.I managed the professional team of 8 network specialists. I worked in the total renovation project as Fiber Optic cabling on the university campus. I was responsible for the selection and purchasing of new network devices.I worked on Turkey's first Internet connection project and Turkey's first Internet Service Provider to be established within the university computer center (TR-net).
