About Yeng Her
I collaborate with multiple staff and departments to accomplish an event or program. This all begins with communication. Together as a team we strategize and decide on the values, logistics, and outcomes of our goals. And for every program we always find ways to improve our ideas and strategies because I want a successful and efficient program. I’m a data-driven and empowering program coordinator who is passionate about college access and success in our education system. From a teacher to a program coordinator, I’ve grown my skills in data analytics, advising, supervising, digital marketing, and project management. My joy in event coordination, so far has been creating content that my fellow staff can easily comprehend and reuse while training other staff and students on professional development. When I am not coordinating or training, I’m improving on my social media contents, watching Stranger Things and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, listening to KPOP, hanging with friends in mid-town Manhattan, and sipping on a mimosa and moscato rosé.
