-Handle Period-End-Closing activities including GL Journal entries-Maintain all Ledgers, Journals and other Accounting records of the company-Reconcile bank accounts, verifies deposits, and monitor AP/AR-Grouping according to the type of transaction and COA into the general ledger-Daily control monitoring AP & AR for the analysis report-Monitor & Report cash bank, petty cash, and cash flows status.-Assisting data for a payment and report tax.-Assisting and Prepare all document need by the auditor, answer any queries related to the audit-Check payment documents (invoice, tax invoice, receipt of goods) Filing and maintaining all the important documents.-Create inventory reports and Stock Opname Monthly / End of Year-Monitor Exchange Rates-Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
