- Assist Group General Manager in overall full spectrum of HR & Admin functions- Handling recruitment and selection process in ensuring timely placement of manpower within shortest time frame- Handle employee disciplinary issue- Responsible for monthly payroll for group of companies and ensure timely and accurate reporting and payout.- Responsible for government statutory contribution and ensure timely report, submission and payment- Prepare monthly HR reports for Management (i.e. Recruitment updated, Turnover reports, Journal report, and etc.)- To undertake any special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as ad when necessary

- To manage HR functions, which include of Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Training Development.- Coordinate and facilitate training activities – identify training needs, establish training plan, administer HRDF and training evaluation.- Coordinate and recruitment and selection activities – preparing for job advertisement, job posting, scheduling, interviewing , screening of prospects- To ensure accuracy payroll every month - Quickpay system - To ensure the compliance with all Malaysia Government Legislation and Act, local authorities rules and regulation- Administer employee’s disciplinary procedures and provide suitable recommendations as at when required.- Enhance corporate image / profile- To ensure all employee records are being upkeep (personal data, leave and medical record)- Organizer for event / activities with committee ( e.g. Corporate Social Responsibility, Annual Dinner, Countdown, etc)- Ensure all external contractor agreement being updatedAd-hoc duties and responsilities- Secretary for Managing Director (MD)- Takes meeting minutes for any related for MD- Follow up all the meeting minutes action item and close loop- Preparation of reports as required by MD- To update and remind MD for any related functions, events, meetings, appointments- Ensure that secretarial equipment is always in good operational condition- Organize meeting / interface / discussion / performance review session with all worksite managers
