1/ E-commerce Planning (TikTok Livestreaming)- Execute and recommend livestreaming campaign based on analytics, and oversee the daily workflow of brand campaigns, collaborating with social commerce channels (e.g., TikTok) to achieve campaign objectives- Track sales trends, evaluate forecasts, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and share reports with central planning and e-commerce corporate teams.- Work closely with client stakeholders within the brand marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency2/ Performance and Optimization- Continuously analyze, track, and optimize campaign performance metrics such as Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding project development, timelines, and results. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.- Execute promotional campaign to meet brand goals. Optimize promotional effectiveness on e-commerce campaigns.- Manage campaign implementation to ensure campaigns achieve GMV targets.- Generate regular reports on campaigns (daily, monthly, campaign-based) and handle adhoc tasks as required

1/ Visual Merchandise- As the contact point between Clients & Company, daily manage & control clients’ expectations professionally for store operation- Monitor all resources to manage the full campaign from planning to execution that reaches KPIs in time, within budget and of high quality.- Managing the plan and preparing asset visibility for campaigns (Brand Day, DDay, Midmonths, Payday, etc.) on TikTok Shop, Facebook Page, and Brand.com for clients2/ Affiliate Management- Develop and execute affiliate plan to engage target customer on TikTok related to clients' business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target customer.- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.- Coordinate livestream campaigns with KOLs/KOCs to promote awareness and drive sale.- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to internal and external team.- Follow up and process documents and payments when booking KOLs, partners, etc.
