As an operations associate, I process personalized M&M orders and educate customers the correct way to store their candies. As a subject matter expert, I clean the personalized printer as needed and troubleshoot when the printer malfunctions. I pack M&Ms into acrylic containers following the standard color pattern. I replenish M&M acrylic containers, apparel and merchandises on the sales floors as needed to create a well-stocked display. I receive M&Ms candy, Ethel M and ice cream shipments daily and unload pallets while accurately check the quality and quantity of M&Ms. I ensure all 125 candy tubes on the chocolate wall and 24 candy tubes at the personalized printer are filled at all time.

I patrolled the exhibit ensuring the digital art display stayed in good condition and escalated as needed. I controlled crowd in lobby and entrance and assisted security in checking the guests’ belongings. I ensured the guests followed rules and kindly reminded them not to when they violated.
