ABOUTBan Phong trào - Tình nguyện UEH is one of the six specialized departments under the Youth Union—Student Association of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), and it is leading the way in organizing UEH-level activities.EVENTSUEH-level events with a scale ranging from 500 to over 8,000 students, such as UEH Youth Festival, Freshmen Welcome Week, and more.WHAT I DO- Planning and Organization: Develop ideas, design the program, create a map of the event area, and propose decoration options that align with the event theme.- Management and Supervision: Oversee the rental and printing of materials like backdrops, photo booths, and other offline publications. Supervise the setup, ensuring quality control of equipment, sound, lighting, and decorations.- Event Coordination: Create security layouts, coordinate areas to prevent congestion, and ensure attendees' safety and smooth experiences.- Budgeting: Calculate and plan the financial aspects, proposing optimal resource allocation.

ABOUTSchool of Tourism is a unit under the Youth Union and Student Association at UEH, organizing a variety of cultural, historical, sports events, and more.WHAT I DO- Communication: Design and develop visual identity for events, and create online and offline promotional materials such as posters, banners, videos, and images to ensure consistent and effective messaging. - Guest Coordination: Manage and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their benefits and needs are met throughout the event. Ensure smooth communication with guests and provide support during the event.
