As the brand ambassador with a focus on design, I’ve taken the ownership of the brand messaging and helped strategically grow and steer the visual presence, ensuring the Consilium brand is consistently delivered to a high standard and quality, across all mediums.Key projects include:• Redesigning of the corporate website and three individual product websites, as well as continuous improvement, maintenance, and content management.• Transforming the design of all form of communication materials including official documents; creating templated solutions and visual assets to be used company-wide as well as by our B2B advisery clients.• Developing an entire suite of collateral for the new KiwiWRAP KiwiSaver Scheme including the product website, digital campaign assets, pitch deck and printed materials including brochures, legal documents, application forms and templated reports.

In this contract assignment, I assisted the marketing teams for Real Estate, Livestock and Wool during their peak period with:• Designing and preparing print-ready artworks for 5 national publications quarterly.• Creating digital campaign assets and publication releases marketing materialsusing graphic, video and animation.• Assisting online media content updates including creation of blog post and eDM.• Managing and producing daily marketing artwork request with tight deadlines, which includes classified ads, website banners, email marketing, newsletter, website & social media content, sales adverts, signage and other print media.

PSA is one of the leading global port groups, with a core business in port operation and operates in 40 terminals in 16 countries. The group corporate affairs manages all aspects of corporate communications: media relation, matters of public interest, event management, and internal communications across 33,000 staff globally.As a creative specialist, my main role was to provide creative insights and trending ideas, plan and produce visual content for strategic internal communications and employee engagement. I undertook all aspects of graphic design, video production, website and content creation needs. I worked closely with the executive management and across departments to deliver communication materials and manage external vendors and agencies on commissioned projects. I was also in-charge of managing the digital library, equipment maintenance, and highly involved in digital platforms management, such as corporate website and intranet.Assigned with event planning and coordination for internal conferences and community programs, I also supported team members on media activities, leadership events and port tour facilitation. I was also in-charge with the department budgeting, producing forecast and tracking expenditures. Other ad-hoc works involved includes preparing presentations, management calendar and regional corporate activities report.
