Human Resource Team Leader
CurrentMain responsibilities:- Lead all HR activities- Develop and roll out HR plans in the areas of Talent management- Recruitment management in company.• Analyze demand, set up recruitment plan• Set up and improve the recruitment process• Assign tasks Recruitment to staff • Look for suitable recruitment resource for the company• Use suiable recruitment tools to find out candidates : Online , offline, referrals- Perform Human Resource Management at the company .• Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development• Plan, develop and implement for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.• Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.• Plan, develop culture Company.• Assign tasks and manage, develop the staff team.Pls contact me via Skype : Hoangocyen Yahoo: Lorenhr@yahoo.comEmail: Yentran@cnc.com.vn for any more infors
