About Yeonghun Lee

- InfoGenomeR (Nature Communications, https://github.com/dmcblab/InfoGenomeR)- InfoHiC (Molelar Systems Biology, https://github.com/DMCB-GIST/InfoHiC)- During my Ph.D study, I developed a 1D genome reconstruction tool (InfoGenomeR) and a 3D genome prediction tool (InfoHiC) to find impacts of non-coding variants. I have 8+ years of experience in WES and WGS analysis. I have worked collaboratively with medical doctors (seoul national university hospital and samsung medical center) to find out pathogenic variants for 8+ years. My expertise include analyzing NGS data (WES, WGS, RNA-seq, and Hi-C seq) and discovering the impact of non-coding variants (CNAs and SVs) using deep learning.
