I currently lead the Seller Operations team at iShopChangi where we drive three strategic outcomes through our seller center platform: Effective governance of operational KPIs, Revenue Growth & Timely merchant support & engagement.Prior to this, I started out in operations where I learnt the ins & outs of running operations, while delicately balancing the needs of various stakeholders in the dynamic environment of the world’s most awarded airport. Over time, I transitioned into product management roles as I saw the immense potential that technology had to fundamentally transform traditional operational processes and drive business outcomes. As my interest in running a business grew, I took the opportunity to better acquaint myself with P&L fundamentals through my current role in Changi Airport’s commercial division, helping grow concession revenue. Outside of work, you may catch me at a nearby coffeeshop reading up on the latest in global politics or sweating it out on the tennis courts in sunny Singapore.
