With over three years of experience, I have honed my skills in handling cash transactions, preparing specialty coffee beverages, and delivering exceptional service in fast-paced environments. I hold an English major from Yangon University and have earned both the Junior Senior Head Barista Certificate and the Brewing and KHDA Government Certificate. My professional journey includes 11 months as a barista and cashier at Deja Brew Coffee Café and a role as a Customer Service Assistant. This experience has provided me with extensive knowledge of espresso machine operation, latte art, coffee brewing methods, inventory management, cash handling, and POS system operation. I am also proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, and other internet applications, demonstrating high digital literacy.Additionally, I have developed strong communication, adaptability, empathy, patience, problem-solving, flexibility, and time management skills. In 2024, I completed a brewing and sensory (cupping) course with training from Mr. Bryan, a KHDA-certified expert from Iconic Training Institute in Dubai. This course enhanced my ability to brew various types of pour-over specialty coffee and utilize agitation methods to extract desired flavors from different coffee beans.Given my comprehensive knowledge, skills, attitude, and extensive experience, I am confident in my ability to excel as an employee.
