● Supervise and coach seven staff to achieve the objectives of the Child Welfare Research and Evaluation Unit and the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Change Management Unit.● Provide strategic efforts of the Child Safety and Permanency (CSP) Division related to ensuring provision of accurate, timely and complete child welfare and other social services data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, the Commissioner and other various parts of the Department, federal government, legislators, county and tribal social service agencies, providers, advocates and the public. ● Provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of plans for improving outcomes for children and families served by the child welfare system using results of the division’s learning and/or continuous quality improvements.● Serve as a partner to the enterprise data team through the Data Architecture Core Team to support enterprise-wide data governance, management and architecture across multiple government data systems.
