Business Development And Partnership
CurrentLead Business Development team, responsible to achieve the team target given, focus on client acquisition and revenue contribution.- Work with CEO/Head of Business to develop new business opportunities- Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationship with potential client and transform into business deal- Acquire strategic partners, including prioritizing partners, strategic and product assessment and development- Understanding clients’ company profile and hiring needs including the opening position and requirements.- Direct report to CEO on daily and weekly basis - Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize revenue target- Communicate Ephunter business strengths and brand value to Acc. Executive Associates- Develop cross-functional strategies to elevate business opportunities and verticals- Provide relevant analysis and statistics on identifying market trends and competitor updates- Independently managing the negotiation process from exploration, discussion, administravie, legal, agreement, execution and monitoring- Monitor the overall engagement establishment and project, oversee the progress and timeline management- Responsible for administrative duties along with legal team to draft and finalized legal engagement with partners and liaise with partners to settle commercial deals, based on guidelines- The first hand to handle issues related to the partnership and escalate the issues to the right parties both internal and external to be solved
