My core competencies include project procurement, category management, contract management, supplier development, procurement analysis and inventory management. I have a good expertise in the Project Procurement, having previously worked as a Chief Project Procurement Specialist for various Projects at BI Group company (a Construction company known in Central Asia). At ERG Africa as a Project Procurement Manager for CAPEX & Infrastructure projects, I have received special recognition for my risk mitigation, problem solving and negotiation skills, focused on reducing project delays and also for supporting infrastructure projects in a challenging environment. Furthermore, as I have been employed as an Inventory Controller / Analyst in the copper production company KAZ Minerals Bozshakol with its largest single mine development in the CIS region by both scope and volume of production, I have successfully ensured, monitored, controlled and kept the replenishment and supply of inventory at optimum level considering both the budget and warehousing constraints. This involved cross-functional communication with Planning teams and dealing with numerous types of reports. Overall, I have successfully managed inventory through a transition to full capacity production with zero impact on order fulfillment.Last but not least, I have finished MSc in Supply Chain & Logistics Management (Achieved Distinction) at The University of Warwick (UK) and also delivered lectures for Bachelor students in Procurement & Inventory Management and Storage & Warehousing Techniques at KazGUU / Maqsut Narikbayev University (Astana, Kazakhstan), consistently receiving high student satisfaction ratings.
