• Maintain computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents• Review, print and timely distribute the latest revision documentation to all appropriate users and ensure removal of obsolete documentation from distribution• Upload incoming/outgoing correspondence and other documents on the in-house software (Visual Byblos Cyberspace) and Client document management system (Aconex)• Draw up & distribute reports / logs to Management and other relevant departments• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily• Assisting departments with queries on documentation requirements & submissions• Translating documents (Russian, Kazakh, and English)• Supporting role to an external professional in the preparation of Construction claims

• Counseling students for the Work & Travel program• Assisting students with the application process• Preparation of documents to be submitted to the US Embassy and the Main Office in Latvia• Coordinating meetings for students• Maintain application records• Provide an advisory role for students during their trip • Promoting & advertising the program on social media
