Responsible for supervising the Information Technology Section activities including IT planning, applications services and systems architecture and operations :- Designs and implements network and IT architecture.- Elaborating network (hardware) requirements specifications.- Elaborating HIS/RIS/PACS hardware specifications.- Elaborating Laboratory Information System requirements specifications.- Installing Ovirt infrastructure with two hosts and NAS storage array.- Installing Windows Server 2008 R2, configured as a domain controller (Active Directory), DNS and DHCP server.- Installing and configuring Zimbra Mail server with Active Directory integration.- Developing of the official Military Hospital of Bizerte website using Joomla CMS (not yet deployed).

- Installing and configuring Red Hat Entreprise Virtualization infrastructure with two hosts and SAN storage array.- Migration of the production Database Oracle 10g to two virtual machine clustered with Red Hat Cluster Suite.- Migration P2V of the existing servers (Active Directory, Firewall, Mail server, DHCP, DNS...).- Developing of a Teleradiology solution between the Military Hospital of Tunis and the Military Hospital of Gabes, using Java SE, openVPN and JVSDicom.- Deployement of a monitoring solution (Nagios).- Implementation of a disaster recovery plan for information technology.- Elaborating the new Hospital Information System, Radiology Information System and Picture Archiving Comminication System specifications.

- HIS/RIS/PACS Integration : Installation of an Open Source PACS server (dcm4chee), development of RIS application with Lotus Notes, and use Java dcm4chee library for parsing DICOM object and HL7 messages.- Development of a Personal Health Record system based on a USB card using VB.NET.- Integration of a Laboratory Automation with the existing HIS.- Migration to VMware ESXi infrastructure with a vCenter cluster.

- Diagnosing and solving personal computer, network & domain problems for users.- Identify and analyze hardware, and software problems or applications programs requirements.- Recommend the best updated solutions, implement proper solutions and install all needed applications.- Support and maintenance for the network infrastructure.- Manage and maintain the email (Open Webmail) and Active Directory support.- Ensure coordination with Sector Chiefs and Department Directors to map business processes.- Development of a surgical information system solution, using Oracle Developer 6i.- Development of a Radiology information system solution, using Oracle Developer 10g.
