Worked in Sales and Service as a trainee and moved into the Product Development team as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Key roles Include1. Supplier Evaluation for New Product Development2. Tool Development for the New Product3. Ensuring QA at supplier facility by setting up the necessary processes4. Handling sustomer complaints of the new products and Initiating ECNs(Engineering Change Nodes)5. Responsible for CAPAs(Corrective action and Preventive Actions) at the suplliers place6. Sequencing and Scheduling the new products and systems in the Testing Lab7. To work in a product development team containing members from various departments like marketing, service, design, purchase and Quality Control towards a common goal of launching quality products to the market.
