Role: Led and scaled entire marketing for company’s existing products. Was responsible for facilitating the orientation process for new students, to help and address any issues in the freshman year, and coordinating with faculty to track new students’ performance. This process falls under the ‘Circle of Care’ program at Ahmedabad University.

- Implemented marketing & strategy for B2C outreach. - Escalated as a leader of sales team; trained tele-callers on conversational intelligence, converted leads & revised pitch as per customer’s response. The focus was to promote research based education among young children.
