Specializing in trauma work, somatic stress relief and body awareness, I have a very particular approach to trauma recovery called Somatic balancing™ that assists the client in developing a more mindful awareness of their physical trauma and the understanding how it effect their pain and recovery. through this client centered therapy, I utilize effective techniques which have proven to be extremely effective in treating both new and old pain as a result of trauma. My services are also extremely effective for chronic stress relief, an essential first step in making more positive and healthy choices for ones self and in preventing many injuries and illnesses.
