My team set up 450+ dark stores in a year - 120 of which were set in a single month. We set up the entire operating processes, onboarded more than 5000 store executives and delivery personnel and deployed a capex of 200+ cr during that period. This played the most pivotal role in establishing Blinkit’s dominance in the quick commerce business.- Built the franchisees network, a first of its kind in India, for the dark stores. We onboarded 400+ operating partners who invested more than 150 cr of their capital to work with Blinkit. This model is now being copied by both Zepto and Swiggy.- Built the offline (B2B2C) for Grofers. We built a network of 200+ offline stores in NCR in collaboration with existing retailers. Unfortunately this initiative had to be closed prematurely because of Covid.- Led the pan India Last mile team for Grofers. We transitioned the entire delivery fleet and the distribution centers from fixed payouts to 100% variable model. This brought down the Last Mile cost by more than 50% within 8 months. -
