Prof. Yeshudas Muttu has pursued his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Goa University in 2013. He stood first in his institute for Bachelor’s Degree examination in ETC Engineering. He completed his M.E. in Electronics, Communication and Instrumentation in 2015 and secured third rank at the Goa University at Master’s Degree examination. He has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Don Bosco College of Engineering since July 2017 with a total of 7.5 years of teaching experience till date. His key areas of research have been into VLSI Design, Verilog Programming, Deep Learning, Image Processing and Antenna Design with technical papers published at the National and international platforms. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at National Institute of Technology, Goa. He was the driving force to set up the IEEE Student Branch in DBCE and is the branch counselor. With 7 years of Professional experience in IEEE, he was holding the EXECOM position at IEEE Bombay Section for 2023-24. He has conducted various technical sessions for Graduate level students and faculty members and delivered numerous sessions for school students as a part of the Community Outreach Activities. He has received the Class A award for successfully completing task-based training (TBT) with 98.89% on Firebird robot held by e-Yantra, IIT Bombay. He was appointed as the Ambassador for the worldwide IEEE Day Celebration 2021. Apart from being technical, His interests are in cultural activities like Singing, Acting and Dancing and have won several competitions. He was presented with the Don Bosco Higher Education India (DBHEI) National Award for Innovative Practices in Teaching-Learning Evaluation (TLE) in December 2022.
