I worked as a back-end developer in the IMIConnect team that integrates communication channels and existing back-end business systems to orchestrate and automate all customer and employee interactions.• Designed and developed a Text-to-speech synthesizer that helps the organization generate customized voice promptsrequired to communicate through voice calls with their customers.• Created a Real-time service monitoring application with detailed delivery and read receipts for each channel, usage metrics,and custom logs.• Developed an application-specific middleware that constitutes the core of the platform’s CRM(Customer relation management) functionality.• Developed a performance optimizer application that enhances the performance when the consumer is inactive and enables upto 100 million interactive communication flows a day• Created a service that enables the clients to customize and control the interaction with the consumer by using basic javascript code.

I did my internship in the product development team for the IMIConnect product in IMI mobile private limited. IMIConnect product is a CRM(customer relationship management) that bridges the communication gap between the customers and organization through various channels. As an Intern, I developed a new channel for the product that involves integrating the apple business chat with the IMI connect product, enabling the IMI Mobile clients to communicate to their apple mobile users through the Messages app. During my internship, I worked on various tools and technologies, such as flask framework in python, serverless application in python using Zappa, and S3 buckets.
