As Event Planner, I usually work hand in hand with Event Organizer. My job is to create pitch deck to align event strategy with the clients' business strategy and present it to clients.

- Developing event strategy to meet client's needs- Working with team in vendor sourcing- Leading creative project brainstorming

• Arranging and develop ideas and strategic planning for both creative and corporate purposes• Maintaining client services during project preparation• Supervising project from preparation to execution• Analyzing and reporting the results to internal and clients

- Arranging, creating, developing strategic plan for internal purpose and brand activation- Delivering and monitoring projects to ensure that everything run in accordance with the brief/plan- Creating data requirements for Company statistic reporting- Collecting, configuring, processing, and reporting company statistic data from both internal (back-end data mining) and external (Google Analytics, Flurry, iTunes Connect, Android Play Store, and Blackberry Application World) resources with analytical insight for marketing/sales purposes- Analyzing the results and working with marketing team in determining brand marketing focus

- Maintain direct contact between the company and the clients - Involve in projects arrange by strategists- Work with other team to prepare, create, and execute ideas

- Developing and maintaining projects (event/festival/concert)- Maintaining and liaising direct connection between the company and clients - Delivering the idea of Client’s activation through the project- Negotiating with clients, and work with them to plan and implement the best solutions for activation plan in the project- Preparing all the engagements requested and ensure that the execution went smooth and completed on time- Monitoring clients’ engagement executions during the project- Reporting all activations requested by clients after the project
