My major job was :• Identified the effects of chronic increases in dorsal hindbrain corticosterone on angiotensin II type I receptor mRNA and binding in the nucleus solid tract.• Tested the functions of chronic increases in dorsal hindbrain corticosterone on protein level of tyrosine hydroxylase and dopamine beta hydroxylase in rats.• Investigated the influences of colon cancer, colitis and normal colon fibroblasts on the growth of colon cancer stem cells in vitro and in vivo.
