It is always my interesting to link the scientific research and industry related on geology, to make a strong role to fix the challenges from all different kind of fields. As the Department Manager , Senior Geologist in China Minmetals, I worked on geological Surveying, Researching, mineral exploration, investment analysis and project operation in the national to international level. I worked in Center China with 36 ton Golden reserves called “Songxian Model for Exhortation”, the geological consulting and investment in BIF Iron Ore in Quebec, Canada. Now i am working the Rare Earth Mine in Guangdong Province.I always keep my interesting on the Scientific research in Earth science, such as the projects on Sedimentology, tectonic in mountain movement Northeast China, as well as the popularization of earth science, Geoculture and Geoheritage, I lead several Geohritage and Geopark Projects, Design the National Geopark in Shanxi, and National Protecting Area for Fossil in Xinjiang. When I worked as Scientific assistant last Deputy Minister of MLR, I temporarily transferred to Geological Survey of China for the training of geological officers from 10 ASEAN countries, China Mining & Expo First time in Tianjin City; Short time in APEC-MIT Group in International Collaboration Department of MLR. It offered me to get Strongly understanding on the policy and rules of Resources management of China.International Collaboration is so important to serve for the Future. During the period I worked in the national and international level, I am always want to try to serve for the worldwide young earth scientists and early career geologists, especially as the president of Young Earth Scientists (YES) Network by those expediences now. I got very good experiences on international collaboration and how to lead a international team for big event.I am happy, active man with full of energy to work with you for a better future of our planet.
