I was admitted as an attorney of the High Court South Africa (Pretoria) on 17 May 2017. On 01 June 2017 I established Yethu Lushaba Attorneys, now, trading as Yethu Lushaba Inc. Yethu Lushaba Inc is based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga and hosts 5 employees. We render services in the following fields: 1. commercial law (contract drafting and reviewing and commercial litigation etc) 2. Property law ( land tenure, ESTA, Labour tenancy, evictions, property transfers and any property related litigation. 3. Estate ( estate administration, trust registration, reviews, amendments and will drafting )I am proud member and leader of the organization known to all as Nadel (National Association of Democratic lawyers). I have formed part of the BEC of Nadel Mbombela since its initial launch in Mbombela. I am also serving as a council member with the Mpumalanga Legal Practice Council (LPC) and have been a council member since the launch of the Provincial Legal Practice Council to date (since 2019). I also serve as a committee member in two committees with the provincial LPC. Being a lawyer requires precisions, order, accountability and confidence. I would love to believe that those qualities define Yethu.
